Grantee Quarterly Reporting

Organizations that must report on grants received from Drug Free Marion County may now do so using this online form.  To create and submit the report, you must register on this website and be logged in. (*Note*: You must register with a special link provided by DFMC staff. Contact us for details if you have not been provided with that link).

To Create a Quarterly Report:
Once properly registered and logged in, you will see a green button below "Create Quarterly Report". Click this button to open the reporting form.  If you do not see the large green button, you are not registered and logged in properly.  If that's the case, review the instruction email you got from DFMC, or contact our staff for help.

When finished filling out the reporting form, click the "Save Form" button at the bottom of that form.  This will save your report in the database.

To View a Report:
Your current reports are listed in the Current Report viewer below.  In that viewer you will see several options:

• View Report, noted at the right side of each report in the listing, lets you look at what has been entered. This is viewing only, without editing.
• Edit, noted below each report in the listing, lets you go back into a form that has been started to make changes.
• Delete, noted below each report in the listing, lets you delete a record from the databse. This can not be undone! Use with caution!

Reports from previous quarters are listed below in the Past Report viewer at the bottom of the page.  You have the ability to view these reports, but they are locked and can not be edited.  To see the old report, click "View Report" to the right of each listing.

While it is possible to create multiple reports during the reporting period, we ask that you only create one report during each reporting period - if you must create additional new reports to replace old ones, please delete the old ones to prevent confusion.

Each quarter you will be able to create a new report.  You will be able to view your previous quarterly reports for reference in the Grantee Report Viewer.
