Michaelangelo, Executive Director
Michaelangelo is the Executive Director of Drug Free Marion County. Michaelangelo brings a passion for community engagement and partnerships with years of experience working in substance abuse and misuse, prevention and various other fields. Michaelangelo has experience both working directly in leadership and oversight roles, including work with FSSA/DMHA and SAMHSA, respectively.

Manda, Substance Misuse Prevention Project Coordinator
Manda Joseph (she/they/her/them) joins the team with many years of non-profit management and development experience. Most importantly, they come with a passion to be able to give people in their community tools to access solutionsto their needs. Manda's background consists of building committees, training volunteers, executing large events, and collaborating with community organizations towards main goals of the organizations. Manda prides themselves on being creative in finding solutions for situations that come their way to keep the momentum going within their work and excited to use that in Marion County!

Donna, Senior Peer Substance Misuse Prevention Coordinator
Donna M. Howard is an Indiana native who attended Shortridge Highschool, graduated from Ivy Tech’s paralegal Associate Degree program, and a.ended Martin University, majoring in English. Ms. Howard has spent the past 35 years working to support nonprofit organizations as a Director of Operation, a Community Advocate, and a volunteer; within these roles, she has become an expert in prevention — additionally, Ms. Howard has worked with many community organizations, corporations, and churches. Most recently, Ms. Howard has transitioned to joining Drug-Free Marion County as a Senior Prevention Specialist, working directly with the senior population and focusing on Wellness Initivative for Senior Education. In this role, she continues to work directly with the community and advocate for their needs. Ms. Howard is an avid reader who enjoys traveling, dining out, and spending time with family and friends. Her two great-grandchildren fill her spirit with youthful energy and drive. As Ms. Howard enters her next phase, she is full of life and excitement; given her decades of experience, she consistently affects the Marion County community.
